Finance Officer, AP - Bank

Your new company

A corporate bank with a global presence is seeking a Finance Officer to join their team and manage end-to-end accounts payable functions.

Your new role

• Process and verify vendor invoices and staff claims accurately, ensuring compliance with internal policies.
• Manage vendor payments via online banking and Cooper system, maintaining timely and error-free transactions.
• Perform account reconciliation and maintain the general ledger to ensure accurate financial records.
• Handle bank and staff entertainment/travel expense claims with attention to detail and proper documentation.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve payment queries and support month-end closing activities.
• Ensure strict adherence to company controls, audit requirements, and maintain clear record-keeping for financial reporting.

What you'll need to succeed

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or similar.
• 2+ years' experience in accounting function within the banking or financial services sector.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills.
• Excellent communication skills in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
