An experienced Finance Manager role within a rapidly growing, innovative organisation in the eCommerce sector. This position offers the opportunity to lead a high-performing finance team and contribute to strategic financial planning and operational excellence.
Your new role
In this role, you will oversee the preparation and delivery of accurate financial reports, maintain robust internal controls, and support strategic planning through budgeting, forecasting, and scenario analysis. You will manage tax compliance, optimise cash flow and working capital, and coordinate external audits to ensure transparency. Additionally, you'll translate financial strategies into actionable plans, supervise core financial operations including AP, AR, foreign exchange, and general ledger, and provide insights to enhance overall financial performance.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have a degree in Accounting or Finance, with CPA or CA credentials highly regarded. Strong expertise in financial reporting, budgeting, tax compliance, and audit processes is essential, along with advanced Excel and ERP system proficiency. Experience in eCommerce or retail environments, particularly with platforms like Shopify, will set you apart. Success also requires leadership capability, analytical thinking, and excellent communication skills to collaborate across teams and deliver strategic financial insights.
