Description
Threshold Group is looking to hire a new Finance Associate. This role will be responsible for working day-to-day on the fundraising operations for various Democratic campaigns at the Local, State, and Federal level.
Responsibilities for this role will include:

Researching prospective donors.

Working with candidates in call time.

Interacting directly with potential donors to solicit contributions and plan fundraising events.

Managing client databases.

Drafting copy and event invitations.

Staffing fundraising events and meetings.
Salary range is $48,000 - $60,000 per year depending on your experience level, and includes health insurance and a 401(k). The position is in-person at our office in midtown Manhattan. Please email your resume to jobs@thresholdgrp.com with the subject line “Finance Associate”.
Requirements
Qualifications for this role are:

At least one cycle of campaign experience. There will be a strong preference for candidates with prior fundraising experience and proficiency with NGP/ActBlue/Numero.
