Description
Morgan McKinley is looking for a Finance Assistant to join a well established company based in the Brighton, East Sussex area. The Accounts Assistant will be working on a hybrid basis. The role will be working as part of the Finance team, supporting with sales ledger duties, checking of billing information, processing payments, invoices, credit notes etc.Salary: £27K
Location: Hybrid working - Brighton office 3 days a week
Finance Assistant duties:
- Processing of invoices and credit notes
- Sending out statements
- Checking and processing of client information - billing information
- Monitoring, checking and matching payments received
- Processing payments
- Respond to any client account - payment queries
- Update balances in the accounting systems
- Experience of working in a similar Accounts Assistant / Finance Assistant type role, processing invoices, payments etc.
- Good IT, using systems such as Sage or SAP
- Excellent communication skills
