POSITION OBJECTIVE

This position works closely with cross-functional teams to improve data-driven efficiency, productivity, and overall business performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect, organize, and analyze data from various departments to prepare management reports and dashboards.
• Design and maintain automated reporting tools, templates, and business intelligence dashboards (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Excel).
• Monitor data integrity, ensuring accuracy and consistency across systems and reports.
• Identify data trends and patterns, providing actionable insights to management for strategic planning.
• Support performance tracking by developing KPIs and metrics aligned with business goals.
• Collaborate with IT, finance, operations, and HR teams to improve data collection and reporting processes.
• Maintain and update MIS databases and ensure smooth data flow across systems.
• Generate ad-hoc reports based on management requests and business needs.
• Document processes, system workflows, and reporting structures for continuous improvement.
• Assist in system upgrades, testing, and troubleshooting related to MIS functions.
