Execution & Structuring Location: Hong Kong

Positioning: The converter that transforms "assets" into "tradable securities"-responsible for the full process of transaction structuring, rating, legal documentation, and capital coordination.

Core Responsibilities 1.Design consumer credit/SME ABS, ABN, and private credit fund structures (SPV, trust, QFLP, VCC)

2.Build cash flow models (Intex/Excel), complete stress testing, prepayment rate sensitivity analysis, and spread tranching

3.Coordinate with lawyers, auditors, rating agencies, and trustees to deliver initial drafts of PPM, Prospectus, and Legal Opinion within 2 weeks

4.Follow up with HKEX/SGX/SSE filing windows, ensuring at least 1 successful pricing per quarter

5.Post-investment monitoring: asset servicing reports, trigger event testing, and distribution reconciliation

Qualifications • Master's degree in Finance, Law, or Mathematics; hold at least one of CFA/FRM

• 3+ years of experience in investment banking, trust, or structured finance execution, having completed ≥1 consumer credit ABS transaction (size ≥ USD 300 million)

• Proficient in Hong Kong Securities and Futures Ordinance, Cayman SPV structures, and Singapore VCC tax-neutral frameworks

• Excellent English writing ability, capable of independently drafting bilingual Offering Memoranda
