Department: Food & Beverage
The Director of Food & Beverage plays a pivotal role in shaping the Member dining and social event experience across the Club's multiple venues, contributing to a culture that celebrates quality, teamwork, and continuous improvement. He/she brings a warm, engaging leadership style and a proven ability to inspire, train, and develop a high-performing team. A solid foundation in food and beverage standards, systems, and service excellence, paired with creativity and an eye for detail, will be key to success in this role.
DINING VENUES
The Grille Room & Terrace offers a refined yet relaxed dining experience that blends contemporary style with comfort. The Grille Room features a sleek indoor-outdoor design centered around an oval island bar, creating a vibrant and social atmosphere. Its versatile layout accommodates everything from casual lunches to elegant dinners, with a menu of elevated bistro classics and a thoughtfully curated beverage program. Extending seamlessly from the dining room, the Terrace provides an open-air setting with sweeping views of the Club's lush landscape and lakes. Ideal for both daytime gatherings and evening dining, it captures the essence of the Florida lifestyle, where natural light, gentle breezes, and twilight ambiance create memorable moments.
The Banquet Room is a refined and flexible dining and event space designed to host a variety of special occasions, from elegant weddings and milestone celebrations to corporate luncheons and Member gatherings. The room is crafted with attention to comfort and sophistication, featuring generous floor space, upscale finishes, and adaptable lighting that sets the right tone, whether the setting is formal or relaxed. Seamlessly integrated with the Club's broader dining and terrace areas, the Banquet Room benefits from the venue's scenery, with glimpses of lush landscapes and beautiful sunsets. With professional event staffing and catering designed to reflect the Club's commitment to elevated cuisine and service, any event hosted is poised to feel both polished and personal.
The Private Dining Room offers an intimate setting designed for smaller gatherings and special occasions. This refined space provides an ideal backdrop for birthday celebrations, bridal showers, milestone dinners, or business meetings, providing guests with a personalized experience in a comfortable and secluded atmosphere.

Midway Café is a casual, artisan-style stop designed for Members looking for a light, quick, high-quality dining option. It is convenient, both on and off course, and features freshly made sandwiches, crisp salads, vibrant smoothies, and pastries, perfect for a grab-and-go lunch or a relaxed break between rounds.
Essential Responsibilities
ROLE EXPECTATIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES
Leadership
- Provide strong, visible, and effective leadership for the Food & Beverage TEAM, inspiring a culture of excellence, accountability, and "unreasonable hospitality" consistent with The TwinEagles Club
- Build and maintain respectful, collaborative relationships with F&B managers, culinary leadership, and all department heads to ensure seamless communication and operational alignment across the Club.
- Partner closely with the Executive Chef and Culinary TEAM to deliver consistently exceptional dining experiences, from daily Member dining to premier Club events.
- Serve as a positive, enthusiastic, hands-on leader who mentors, motivates, and empowers the F&B TEAM to achieve professional growth and service excellence.
- Lead by example and actively engage in operations when appropriate, empowering department leaders to make decisions and take ownership of their areas.
- Clearly communicate performance standards and expectations, ensuring all TEAM Members are supported with the tools, training, and resources necessary for success. Maintain a fair, consistent, professional approach to uphold Club policies and standards.
- Continuously assess and refine operating procedures, staffing, and service delivery across all F&B venues, recognizing the unique needs of each outlet and ensuring that every Member and guest experience reflects the TwinEagles standard of quality and hospitality.
- Support a TEAM environment of respect, collaboration, engagement, and pride in TwinEagles' performance expectations.
- Demonstrate a genuine passion for teaching, coaching, and developing all Food & Beverage TEAM Members, fostering a culture of learning, professionalism, and pride in delivering the TwinEagles standard of service excellence.
- Work closely with department leaders and front-line staff to ensure consistent performance, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of creating exceptional Member experiences.
- Serve as a focused and fair evaluator of personnel performance, ensuring adherence to high standards of conduct, service quality, appearance, and the overall cleanliness and presentation of all Club dining
- Establish, communicate, and continually elevate operational and service standards, holding the TEAM
accountable to the TwinEagles vision of "member-ready" hospitality in every setting.
- Design and lead comprehensive training programs that address service techniques, menu and beverage knowledge, sanitation practices, TEAM collaboration, and conflict resolution. Routinely assess and reinforce understanding through observation, feedback, and ongoing education.
- Ensure every new TEAM Member receives a thorough and inspiring onboarding experience, clearly introducing the TwinEagles culture, service philosophy, and performance expectations. Promote continued professional development and growth opportunities for all staff.
- Adept at recruiting and managing international
Operational Excellence & Member Experience
- Take personal ownership of all Food & Beverage operations, ensuring every dining venue and event reflects the TwinEagles commitment to Maintain a consistently "Member-ready" standard in presentation and service throughout the Club.
- Develop, document, and uphold clear standard operating procedures for all dining areas, ensuring consistency, quality, and efficiency in daily operations.
- Oversee the planning and execution of all banquets and event operations, integrating them seamlessly with other Club dining activities. Implement systems that ensure precision, consistency, and superior quality in every event, from intimate gatherings to large-scale functions.
- Collaborate closely with the Executive Chef, Events Manager, and department managers to maintain alignment and deliver a cohesive TwinEagles experience across all outlets and occasions.
- Maintain a strong and visible presence throughout the Club, engaging with Members and guests, listening actively, and demonstrating a gracious, professional, and confident demeanor at all times.
- Serve as an exceptional communicator with refined interpersonal skills and the emotional intelligence to read situations, resolve issues thoughtfully, and elevate every interaction.
- Oversee all Member dining events, private functions, and Club-sponsored social activities, ensuring each is creatively planned, flawlessly executed, and exceeds Member expectations.

- Ensure full compliance with all health, safety, and beverage regulations while maintaining current knowledge of food and beverage industry trends and best practices.
- Collaborate closely with the Finance TEAM and Food & Beverage Managers to maintain proper par levels, efficient ordering practices, and well-organized, accurate inventory systems that support consistency and cost control across all dining outlets.
- Develop, manage, and execute the front-of-house Food & Beverage budget, aligning financial planning with the Club's strategic goals and Member experience standards.
