Description
Join our innovative Commercial Banking team as a Business Analysis Associate II, where you'll support key initiatives and enhance your skills. Contribute to our mission by driving process improvements and supporting strategic initiatives. Be part of a collaborative environment that values creativity and operational excellence.Job Summary: As a Business Analysis Associate II within the Service and Lending Operations Issue Resolution team, you will support Card Customer Service, Retail Customer Service, Auto Customer Service, and the Service Product Group. Your role will focus on operations support, identifying and resolving control gaps, and preparing for compliance tests and audits. You will collaborate with business leads to ensure risks and controls are integrated into daily operations.
Job Responsibilities:
- Identify and resolve control gaps in supported organizations.
- Work on issues and action plans to completion.
- Prepare for compliance tests, audits, and regulatory exams.
- Partner with controls to document and mitigate risks.
- Collaborate with business leads to consider risks and controls.
- Build relationships with internal customers and support functions.
- Improve control environment with stakeholders and colleagues.
- Communicate effectively with operations leaders and stakeholders.
- Review and recommend methods to strengthen controls.
- Perform root cause analysis and document resolution steps.
- Execute project plans and monitor open issues.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- Demonstrate experience in internal stakeholder management.
- Challenge the status quo and act as a catalyst for improvement.
- Communicate complex issues effectively to senior management.
- Influence others through strong partnerships across CCB Operations.
- Understand business functions and operational processes.

Additional Details:
- Schedule: Monday through Friday, 05:30 PM to 02:30 AM Indian Standard Time.
- Visa Sponsorship: This role does not offer visa sponsorship.
- Work Arrangement: This is an in-office position requiring on-site work all five days a week.
