My client is a well known local securities firm and they are currently urgently seeking for a corporate finance analyst. Immediately available is highly preferred, big 4 experience with no prior industry experience is welcome.

Job Responsibilities

- Handle corporate finance projects including IPO, financial advisory and compliance advisory etc.

- Responsible for project execution including due diligence, documentation, research and financial analysis, modeling and evaluation.

- Liaise with professional parties and regulators in connection with the corporate finance projects.

- Assist in preparing the listing application and listing documents of clients.

- Assist in assessing potential projects, preparing pitch book and business proposals.

Requirements

- A degree holder in Accounting/ Law/ Finance or related subjects

- At least two years' relevant corporate finance experience with IPO deal completion or with big 4 auditing experience

- Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese (Putonghua and Cantonese)

- Familiar with MS Office and Chinese word processing

- Self-motivated, independent, strong analytical skills and problem-solving capabilities Sent from my iPhone
