Role Overview

As an Associate Director Corporate Finance Advisor, you will take on a pivotal leadership role driving advisory projects from end-to-end. Your mix of commercial acumen, client management, and technical advisory skills will help you build trusted relationships and influence at senior levels. Key responsibilities include:

• Leading and managing multiple large, complex workstreams concurrently across corporate finance engagements.
• Building and sustaining strong client relationships at board and management level, acting as a trusted adviser.
• Developing tailored financial solutions and strategic advice to support clients through the transaction cycle.
• Leading business development initiatives, including pitching, proposal creation, and relationship cultivation.
• Managing risk and ensuring compliance with firm standards across projects.
• Coaching, mentoring, and developing team members to foster skills transfer and capability growth.
• Delivering high-quality service while managing competing priorities effectively in fast-changing environments.

Skills & Expertise

To excel as a Corporate Finance Advisor Associate Director, you should bring:

• A strong academic and numerate background, ideally with ACA qualification or equivalent.
• Highly developed analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
• Track record of managing and delivering transaction or advisory projects at a senior level.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of influencing senior stakeholders.
• Demonstrated leadership in managing multi-disciplinary teams and building client relationships.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word for data analysis and client presentations.
