Job Description

Fiix Software connects customers to the tools, resources, and technology they need for maintenance success. With our AI-driven software and industry expertise, we help customers achieve better results. As a Revenue Operations Co-op, you'll work on challenging projects and have opportunities to make a positive impact.

The co-op term for this role is January through August 2026.

Your Responsibilities:

• Aid the maintenance of Salesforce database through ongoing data cleanups/integrity exercises
• Work with operations teams to uncover and document gaps in sales and marketing funnel.
• Use an array of tools connected to Salesforce, including Data Loader, Outreach, and Gong
• Work with the Revenue Operations team to build documentation around best practices and improvements.
• You should expect to finish this placement with an understanding of Software as a Service (SaaS), revenue lifecycle of a customer and data analysis fundamentals.

The Essentials - You Will Have:

• Legal authorization to work in the Canada is required. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future
• Current enrollment in a four-year or advanced degree program

The Preferred - You Might Have:

• An advanced degree in business, finance, organizational studies, data analytics, or similar in process
• A minimum cumulative GPA of 2.75 or higher
• Experience with Salesforce or other Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system
• Locality within the Greater Toronto Region (GTA)
