Overview

The Club Manager position includes all aspects of new membership acquisition, retention and member support, Club house operations (F&B) and Office financial management (all aspects of the clubs finances). This includes recruiting and managing resources and employees, ensuring exceptional experience for members annd guests, and providing support and oversight for both member and non-member events. Reports directly to Board President with reporting to the Membership Chair, House Chair and Finance Chair

Experience Required

• Responsible for the development, planning, coordinating and administrating all incoming membership programs both short and long term. Develop and implement retention strategies This includes membership marketing materials.Achieving annual new membership goals as part of bonus compensation.
• Ensure all F&B operations and member services are coordinated to exceed member expectations while achieving the Club's revenue and profit objectives. Direct management of Executive Chef, Lead Bartender and all front and back of the house employees. Budgeting for inventory and managing costs and ensuring compliance with safety and health regulations.
• Responsble for management of the Office Manager who manages all the administrative, communications and financial aspects of the Club. This includes member support, developing budgets, financial reporting, preparation of annual operating and capital budgets for all departments and interaction with banks and lending institutions.

Essential Responsibilities

• 3 or more years as a Club Manager
• Bachelor's degree in business, or a related field and experience that provides the required skills and knowledge
• A friendly and outgoing personality with strong communication skills (verbal and written), ability to handle diverse tasks, energetic/motivated, track record of successfully managing a team and delivering results.
