On-site Position Located in The Colony, TX
SUMMARY: We are partnered directly with a client in the building services industry to recruit a Benefits & HRIS Manager within their growing corporate HR team. The role is responsible for leading the coordination, development, and implementation of all ADP HRIS, Health & Welfare plans, Retirement benefit programs, including health insurance, dental, vision, retirement plans, life insurance, and disability coverage. This will be achieved by:
- Overseeing benefits administration to ensure a positive employee experience by acting as the primary point of contact for employees regarding their benefits options.
- Collaboration with HR partners and business client groups to develop a benefits program strategy and identify opportunities for improvement and efficiencies.
- Closely monitoring and analyzing plan operation to identify potential errors and opportunities for streamlined efficiencies.
- Ensure compliance with governmental agencies and requirements, including IRS, ERISA rules, filings, and disclosures etc.
- Analyze financial utilization measures of H&W and retirement plan performance; identify areas of opportunity or significant variances, making recommendations accordingly.
- Prepare and analyze Total Rewards data for compliance testing and reporting.
- Oversee vendor relationships to ensure claims processing and account management remain within contracted levels.
- Stay abreast of legislative changes impacting retirement and H&W plans, working closely with vendors to manage plans accordingly.
- Manage implementation and system updates for ADP Workforce Now HRIS.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related area of study.
- Deep understanding of data transmission processes and aptitude to identify and resolve enrollment, eligibility and payroll issues as they relate to benefits.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, troubleshooting and project management skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively, orally and in writing with all levels of the organization.
- Extensive knowledge of employee benefits and applicable laws.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
- Ability to learn and apply new concepts effectively across Total Rewards.
- Strong team-oriented and collaborative spirit.
- Must have expert-level Excel experience with pivot tables and other advanced spreadsheet tools, such as formula functions, data validation, conditional formatting, and data modeling.
- ADP Workforce Now HRIS experience required.
