Description

• Set up the investment structure, maintain it through the life of the investment and dissolve the investment structure at exit, including set up and maintenance of bank accounts

• Co-ordinate preparation or the Private Placement Memorandums and Share Purchase Agreements, ensuring deadlines for submission to the regulators are strictly adhered to in line with the placement calendar

• Prepare deal charts, appoint auditors, administrators, ensure correct accounting entries are booked, issue assets and make any regulatory or tax filings

• Prepare detailed waterfalls, memorandums and obtain necessary approvals both internally and externally to make any distribution

• Co-ordinate preparation of client distribution letters, investor reports or gather and present information on any investment

• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of fund financials, NAVs, and related reports.

• Assist In monthly reporting of expenses and income for the business teams

• Assist to prepare responses to any queries related to historical expenses, income, Investment activity, client activity etc. by coordinating with other departments, if needed

• Assist in preparation. review and approval or valuations

• Ensure any queries or requests from/ or related Investments are answered on a timely basis

• Work with the financial controls team to ensure the accuracy of the books of accounts related to the Singapore office and the relevant investment structures.

Profile

A successful candidate should have:

• A degree in finance, business, or a related field.
• Proficiency in financials and investment support processes.
• Strong understanding of private markets alternatives investments operations.
• Familiarity with compliance and regulatory requirements in Singapore.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively across teams and departments.
