| Job Summary | The Associate Vice President for Finance serves as a strategic partner to the EVPFA, supporting enterprise-wide financial planning, modeling, and resource alignment. This role will complement and collaborate with many units within the EVPFA and EVPHA areas helping to integrate financial insights into institutional strategy and operations. The AVP for Finance will focus on financial optimization, supporting cross-functional initiatives, and advancing tools and processes that enable data-informed decision-making. The role is designed to strengthen alignment between financial strategy and institutional priorities, without duplicating or overseeing existing finance functions. The AVP for Finance contributes to strategic initiatives, capital planning, budgeting and enterprise partnerships, and represents the EVPFA's office in cross-functional efforts across the university enterprise.
