You will report to the General Counsel & Corporate Secretary and support the Corporate Services Departments and other Departments by assisting with a variety of corporate legal matters, including governance, contracts, and compliance.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assists in preparing and maintaining corporate governance documents, including resolutions, charters, and meeting materials for the Board of Directors
- Supports the drafting and review of corporate agreements and policies, including compensation and benefits related documents
- Supports the management of legal entity records and assists with filings, registrations, and applications to maintain compliance across jurisdictions
- Participates in the review and drafting of contracts for Finance, HR, IT, Marketing, and other functions, including Non-Disclosure Agreements, professional services agreements, and data processing agreements
- Contributes to real estate and facilities by supporting lease reviews, contract preparation, and transaction documentation
- Other related duties assigned

QUALIFICATIONS
- 1+ years of related legal experience. In-house legal experience as a corporate attorney at a chemical, technology, or aerospace company preferred.
- Bachelor's Degree and Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
- Admitted, active, and in good standing with the State Bar of Wisconsin (or with another state bar and registered, or eligible to register, as in-house counsel with the State Bar of Wisconsin).
- Citizenship (ITAR - International Traffic in Arms Regulations).
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, and analytical skills.
- Proven ability to exercise sound and practical business judgment.
- Able to apply risk-based thinking while multitasking and working in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to establish strong relationships with all levels of management and leaders to influence with or without direct authority.
- Demonstrated ability to earn respect through communication, professionalism, and presence.
- Occasional travel for work and/or training in North America.
