Description
Job Responsibilities:- Conduct financial analysis and modeling to support corporate transactions and strategic initiatives.
- Assist in the preparation of presentations and reports for senior management and stakeholders.
- Participate in the due diligence process for mergers, acquisitions, and other investments.
- Support the development of financial forecasts and budgets.
- Analyze market trends and industry data to inform strategic decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather relevant financial information.
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
- Assist in the preparation of quarterly and annual financial reports.
- To liaise with relevant regulatory authorities and work coordination
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- 3-6 years of experience in corporate finance, investment banking, or financial analysis.
- Solid corporate finance experience in the execution of IPOs and M&A transactions would be preferred.
- Strong proficiency in financial modeling and valuation techniques.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and financial software.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
