ICM Limited ("ICM") is an international Fund Manager and Corporate Finance Adviser headquartered in Bermuda, with 10 offices globally and over 80 employees. ICM is an investment group built on a philosophy of value creation, vision and innovation, which started operations back in 1988. ICM has evolved to become a global organisation managing approximately US$1.3bn of assets held directly by ICM, with a further US$41.6bn held by investee and affiliated companies (as at 30 June, 2025).

We are looking for an outstanding individual to assist the investment team in our Epsom, UK office. The successful applicant will have strong analytical and numerical skills with an interest in global and emerging markets and ideally be studying or have completed the CFA program. They will be expected to assist the senior analysts and fund managers with analysis of emerging market companies predominantly in the infrastructure and utilities space, including modelling company financials, direct liaison with the companies and building a relationship with sell side brokers.

We are based in Epsom, UK and the successful applicant will be required to work from the office four days a week. The individual will be required to work with the senior analysts across all sectors and geographies.

Responsibilities:

• Excel modelling of P&L, balance sheet and cash flows of individual stocks
• Tracking industry trends
• Evaluating companies on relative and fundamental basis
• Fund administration including trading, settlements and FX
• Assisting senior analysts with company meetings (UK and abroad)

Ideally our preferred candidates will have:

• ACA/ACCA qualified or studying/completed CFA
• Strong mathematical/accounting ability and excellent academic background
• 1-3 years' experience in equity/credit markets as a research analyst (buyside or sellside). Recent graduates with an excellent academic history and enthusiasm for the role are also encouraged to apply.
• Interest in emerging markets and willingness to travel
