Your new role
Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will support the finance team with finance related activities including creditor processing, invoicing and purchase order matching, approvals, pay run preparation and cash coordination. You will also be responsible for general administration tasks as required by the Business, and any associated day to day support to management team.

You will

• Manage the AP process (including expense claims) matching invoices to purchase orders, obtaining approval for non-purchase order invoices, preparation of payment runs, cash coordination with Treasury, and reconciliation of creditor statements
• Back up for Sales invoicing, including Export Invoicing
• General Administration Tasks / Site Management Support
• Resolve any internal/external queries associated with purchase invoices & payments
• Support internal & external audit requirements

What you'll need to succeed

This is a role for a strong AP candidate who wants to be part of a cohesive team delivering on time and robust information to support a successful business. You are someone who enjoys integrating with the whole business, and you take an interest in operational activities.

End-End AP experience

Strong communication both written and verbal

Strong attention to detail
