Your new role
You'll work closely with the Payroll Manager to deliver accurate and timely payroll services across multiple regions. This includes processing fortnightly payroll for over 1,200 Australian employees and coordinating payroll for international teams in the USA, Asia, and New Zealand. You'll also assist with superannuation, bonuses, reporting, and maintaining payroll records - all while providing exceptional internal customer service. What you'll need to succeed

• Minimum 2 years' experience in high-volume payroll
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management
• Knowledge of Australian payroll legislation
• Experience with payroll/HR systems (PayGlobal highly regarded)
• Intermediate to advanced Excel and Word skills
